About Innercore Clinics

Innercore, Advanced Skin & Health Care Clinic is led by a unique multidisciplinary health care team offering a range of Complementary, Health & Advanced skin treatments.

Innercore was formed by four family members;

• Kirsty, is a Senior Nurse in Leeds with experience that has spanned over 11 years working in acute respiratory medicine. After positive results for family members with alternative therapy Kirsty now specialises in detox programmes such as colonic hydrotherapy, body wraps, Hopi ear candling and, now runs a fertility clinic as a Foresight practitioner.
• Lindsey, our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner previously a Sister in Critical Care for 14 years within the NHS and teaching for a Medical Company, now provides our Advanced Non Surgical Cosmetic treatments.
• Julie an Occupational Therapist previously worked in plastics and reconstructive hand surgery.  Julie began working as a colonic hydrotherapist after finding the treatment beneficial for her poor skin.  Since then Julie has trained further in advanced skin treatments and now also works as a skin care specialist and colonic hydrotherapist.
• Brendan, an IT Consultant working in the health sector provides Innercore's day to day management and online order processing.

They decided to join together with their range of skills and start a family business!  From there, Brendan designed, developed and created “Innercore” the start of a new venture.

This venture would provide a special service catering for health & Advanced skin treatments for men and women.

“A very different approach to health, with only experience in conventional medicine they were very apprehensive, but with great interest in eating right and understanding the importance of food in prevention of disease and chronic illness, it gave them the incentive to look into other therapies to complement conventional medicine”


After 18 months of looking at premises for “Innercore Clinics” they found a grade 2 listed building in Morley, a little run down to say the least, but with help from their parents this uncared for property was refurbished into a light and airy clinic with a warm and friendly feel.


The clinic is kept to its original state, modernised and has a welcoming waiting area for clients to relax in, listen to music and watch the permanent residents swim freely in the fish tank.

Innercore's mission is to identify conventional and alternative medicines that will successfully aid in health maintenance, disease prevention and provide supplementary treatment for sufferers of chronic and acute symptoms. We believe that each client is unique and treatment should be adapted to suit both lifestyle and individual goals. We try to inform as well as empower our clients in order to facilitate in their own strive for optimum health and skin care.


Innercore Clinics has gone form strength to strength, building up a reputation for putting the customer first and always having time to discuss customers needs.  We also provide an online shop for clients to purchase health and skin products. Innercore are now happy to celebrate there 5th Year anniversary


Our team now consists of Nurses, Colonic Hydrotherapists, Physiotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Dietician, Beauty therapist and  a variety of other practitioners with over 60years of combined medical experience. They are all confident, caring and understanding professionals who treat every client as a individual, respecting confidentiality at all times.

Lindsey our Nurse Practitoner has moved from the West Midlands, having developed and managed a successful Advanced Skin Clinic winning clinic of the year 2009, and has now introduced a fantastic range of non surgical skin rejuvenation treatments to Innercore Leeds.
