For all the slimmers or the PCOS sufferers who are interested to join Dietcare, but they can't reach the clinic because they live far from it. At Dietcare we offer a very unique service in which you can join our (Four weeks Slim At Home) Course. You will have the exact same service that our one-to-one clients are having in terms of regular contact with your personal Diet Advisor; despite the only difference in which your diets will be sent to you by post rather than giving to you at the clinic location.

When you enrol, you will be sent within 14 days your personal Comprehensive Diet Folder, which will contain the following
:

• Welcoming letter for Dietcare explaining how you can get the best from your slimming course.
• The Dietcare Starter Diet to ensure that you commence losing weight immediately. Also three personal Metabolic Rate Diets marked A, B & C.  Which will suit your lifestyle and which will be worked out from the answers you have provided on your confidential metabolic rate questionnaire; and they will help you to lose weight every week of your four weeks' course. New Diets will be provided continuously as you lose weight on the course.
• Special leaflets to enable you to cope with every aspect of slimming. These will cover points like' My sweet tooth', 'Eating out', 'Fluid retention', ' What to do if I over- indulge or cheat', and ' Food cravings'.
• A four week eating form booklet, which will help the Diet advisor to monitor your eating on daily basis; therefore plan your diet better.
• Ideal weight chart, so your diet advisor can estimate the weight you should be.
• Literature covering problems like constipation, and getting the best weight losses.
• A weight record card, to keep a check on your weekly progress.
• Exercise chart and information on gentle exercises to help you to tone-up and lose weight.
• Telephone & Email Helpline with your own personal Diet Advisor, for additional support and motivation, whenever you need it during your four week course.

All this will be giving to you for £58.70 for the four week's course.

If you wish to continue for a further 4- weeks Course, it will be at the reduced price of total £ 41.12 for each consecutive 4 weeks, thereafter. You are, of course, under no obligation to continue.

When you reach your ideal weight, a Dietcare Maintenance diet will be provided. This will enable you to keep slim & healthy permanently.
