Hilary Harrison
Registered Adult Nurse, and Colonic Hydrotherapist
Hilary is a practising registered nurse and has worked within the NHS for 17 years primarily in gastro surgical settings, contributing to her understanding of the effects that poor gut health can have on body and mind. Nursing patients where surgical intervention has become necessary, for conditions such as diverticulitis, colitis, anal fissures and fistulas, bowel cancer, obstruction or perforation has influenced her progression into the field of colonic hydrotherapy. Current work evaluating patient’s urgent medical concerns for the out of hours GP service, for example abdominal pain relating to constipation also often highlights the need for health promotion regarding gut health.
With colonic hydrotherapy the emphasis is firmly on “wellness” rather than illness; getting back to a healthy state rather than “mending what is broken” and treating the symptoms of an illness when it becomes established, for example with laxative medications for constipation.
With existing and often long term problems such as constipation, colonic hydrotherapy can be so beneficial, as the therapist considers all aspects of your diet and lifestyle in her approach, recommending adjustments which can make long term positive differences.
I am delighted to be part of the colonic hydrotherapy team at Innercore, where the ethos is firmly on promoting, achieving and maintaining health.

Keely
I have been a qualified registered nurse for 13 years. I worked in Accident and Emergency department in London in a dual role as a Senior Sister and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) assessing, diagnosing and treating patients who present to hospital with major and minor illnesses and injuries. After over 10 years working in A&E in London, and the birth of my children I moved to Leeds, my home town. I still work in the health industry, working as an ANP at a busy walk in centre as I believe that this is beneficial for the clients, because this allows me to provide a holistic approach towards their care.
I trained as an aesthetic practitioner in south west London over 10 years ago. Since moving to Leeds I have expanded the treatments that I provide.
The desire to improve your image and give yourself a youthful look can be a daunting prospect. If you long for a youthful appearance, contact Innercore clinic for a free consultation. I specialise in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and dermaroller and chemical peels.
We provide clients with a free consultation service and the peace of mind that each client receives an individualised care and treatment plan. Our aftercare policy ensures a follow up appointment is included with any package so that each client is happy with all aspects of their treatment.

Member of R.C.N, B.A.C.N
I am an experienced medical practitioner and have gained accreditation in many specialist fields. Professionally I still work a session within the N.H.S after 28 years of service yet predominately am now specialising in medical aesthetics. Cosmetically trained with Medics Direct in 2008 and since then my focus has been on providing treatments to rejuvenate the face to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
My specialist interest and training has been in skin rejuvenation using your own cells, a safe and natural cosmetic procedure called PRP- Plasma Rich Platelets. Trained with the pioneer of MyCells Platelet Rich Plasma technique Ita Murphy, who is a well recognised trainer in this procedure and runs a very successful medical cosmetic clinic in Ireland. This is a great cosmetic treatment that boosts the production of collagen and ultimately improves skin elasticity, particularly fantastic for the eye and mouth areas.
Come for a free consultation to discuss this new procedure and its great benefits with a My Cells Practitioner.
Sarah

BTEC in makeup and wigmaking.
In London Sarah worked in Media makup and was also invloved in making up Glamour girls.
On moving back to Yorkshire she worked on many advertising campaigns for big brands such as addidas, DFS and Halifax. Sarah had some fantastic opportunities to work with celebrities such as footballer Rio Ferdinand for Ben Sherman. Actress Sheree Murphy and actress Emily Sissons for Ok magazine and Top WAG. Coleen Rooney on her fitness dvd.
Sarah became interested in creating something more permanent after realising people couldn't always recreate the same brow, as she had drawn or get the fullness with a lipliner.
So many ladies don't realise how a great brow can create a face lift effect.
Many of her clients love how great they look in the morning without having to put on makeup. Sarah loves creating great brows, lips and eyes that don"t wash of at the end of the day!!!
